What quality of image is the Cool-iCam capable of producing?

The Cool-iCam is capable of delivering:

16MP, 8MP, 5MP & 3MP (Mega-Pixel) Photos with VGA Quality Video

The SelfieCam is capable of delivering:

20MP, 14MP, 8MP & 3MP(Mega-Pixel Photos with VGA Quality Video.

Quality can be altered within the Settings menu of the Camera.

My Picture is fuzzy?

If the photos/video captured is appearing to be fuzzy, it would indicate that the batteries are running low.

It is suggested that the batteries are either charged(if re-chargable) or replaced with 2x fresh AA batteries.

My Cool-iCam is displaying the message “Please insert Card”

In order for your camera to store photos/video, you must have a memory card inserted into the MicroSD port found on the side of the device.

If you have a memory card intact and you are still receiving this message, it would indicate that the memory card is not compatible with the device.

Please ensure that you are using Memory Card Class 6 or above with Maximum 32GB Storage.

It is recommended to Format your Memory Card before use.

How do I set the Time & Date for my Cool-iCam?

You can set the Time & Date in your camera by accessing Setting once the camera is being operated.

Go to the Date & Time option, press the shutter button. You can now set the relevant Date & Time.

My Cool-iCam didn’t come with all the accessories stated on the case.

My Cool-iCam will not take photos/video?

Please ensure that the device is fully charged and is switched on.

When Powered On: Tap once on the shutter button found on top of the camera.

The Camera will then take a photo with a preview being shown on the display shortly after.

Please ensure that you are using a Memory Card which is Class 6 or above with Maximum 32GB capacity.

Why can’t I playback my Cool-iCam videos on my PC or Mac:

If you are unable to play back your videos it may be due to your media player being out of date.

We recommend using VLC media player for movie playback as this supports all types of files.

Is it possible to use my Camera over Wi-Fi?

Please ensure that you are using the cable provided to connect to your PC/Mac.

In order for your camera to connect, you must have a memory card inserted into the MicroSD port.

Please ensure that you are using Memory Card Class 6 or above with Maximum 32GB capacity.

Why won’t my Cool-iCam power up?

Please Note: In order for the Cool-iCam (S1000) & Selfie Cam to operate, the device requires 2x AA Batteries.

Please ensure that the batteries in use are charged.

How do I know if my Cool-iCam is Powered Off?

The Cool-iCam can be powered off by holding down the Power button found on top of the device for approx. 2 sec.

When the screen switches off, the Camera is turned off.

Removing the batteries from device will also Power off the Cool-iCam.

How do I know if my Cool-iCam is Powered On?

Please Note: In order for the Cool-iCam (S1000) & Selfie Cam to operate, the device requires 2x AA Batteries.

 

Ensure that there are 2 x AA Batteries inserted into the Battery slot found on the under-side of the device.
Hold the Power button found on top of the Camera begin operation.
The Screen should light up and the name of the camera will show across the screen to let you know that the camera is booting up.
