What quality of image is the Cool-iCam capable of producing?

The Cool-iCam is capable of delivering:

5MP (Mega-Pixel) Photos with 720p Quality Video

What depth can my Cool-iCam be used underwater?

The Cool-iCam can be submerged underwater to the depth of 3m.

My Cool-iCams Power light keeps Green when trying to power on & Air Pro will not read my memory card.

In order for your camera to operate, you must have a memory card inserted into the MicroSD port found on the side of the device.

A Green Blinking Light Indicates that the Memory Card you are using is full so will need to either clear memory or use another Memory Card.

A Red/Green Blinking Light indicates that the memory card you are using is not compatible with the device.

Please ensure that you are using Memory Card Class 6 or above with Maximum 32GB Storage.

It is recommended to Format your Memory Card before use.

How do I set the Time & Date for my Cool-iCam?

You can set the Time & Date in your camera by accessing the in-built app via PC/MAC

On PC:

-Go to Removable Disk

-Access the application “Cool-iCam.exe”

-Go to Date & Time and select “SET”

On Mac:

-Go to “NO NAME” (or name of Removable Disk)

-Access the application “Cool-iCam.exe”

-Go to Date & Time and select “SET”

Here you can now set the relevant Date & Time.

My Cool-iCam didn’t come with all the accessories stated on the case.

What the LED lights indicate on my Cool-iCam?

The Cool-iCam has different LED Lights which indicate different functions found within the camera.

Green LED: Camera is in standby mode and ready to be used.

Red LED: Camera is recording if being operated or is being charged when connected to a power source.

Green/Red LED: Camera does not have a functioning memory card inserted.

Please ensure that you are using Memory Card Class 6 or above with Maximum 32GB Storage.*

Green LED (Blinking): Indicates that the memory card in use is full.

*It is recommended to Format your Memory Card before use.

My Cool-iCam will not take photos/video?

Please ensure that the device is fully charged and is switched on.

When Powered On: Tap once on the shutter button found on top of the camera.

The Cool-iCam will then vibrate and the LED will blink to indicate a photo has been captured.

Please ensure that you are using a Memory Card which is Class 6 or above with Maximum 32GB capacity.

Why can’t I playback my Cool-iCam videos on my PC or Mac:

If you are unable to play back your videos it may be due to your media player being out of date.

We recommend using VLC media player for movie playback as this supports all types of files.

Why won’t my Cool-iCam power up?

Please ensure that you are using the cable provided to connect to your PC/Mac.

In order for your camera to connect, you must have a memory card inserted into the MicroSD port.

Please ensure that you are using Memory Card Class 6 or above with Maximum 32GB capacity.

How do I know if my Cool-iCam is Powered Off?

Power off the Cool-iCam by holding the Shutter button found on the top of the device.

The Camera will vibrate and the LED will go blank indicating that there is no power to the device.

How do I know if my Cool-iCam is Powered On?

When the Cool-iCam is operational, the green Battery LED will be solid. You can also test by operating the camera by pressing the shutter button (camera logo) on top to take a picture.

The camera will vibrate to indicate that a photo has been taken.

Power on the Camera by holding the shutter button found on top of the camera for 2-3 seconds.

The Camera will vibrate to indicate the camera has powered up.

Alternatively, you can slide the lever found underneath the shutter up to start video recording.

The Camera will vibrate and the Green LED will turn Red to indicate that recording has started.

Please ensure that the camera is fully charged before use using the USB cable provided.
