My Cameras Picture is fuzzy when using the Live View option?

When Connected to iON The Home App, please ensure your camera is connected to the Home Network in which you have set-up.

The camera needs to be constantly connected to a network in order to be used.

Please ensure there is no distance greater than 15m between the device and your home network in order for the camera to be connected constantly.

If your picture is not clear, you can enter the Settings within the app.

Go to “Live Streaming”. Here you can change the Resolution, frame rate and bit rate. Having these at a lower setting will improve streaming quality at a cost to image quality.
